Probably not, but grooming through breeding for small dicked man makes for a steam of sissy servants needed for woman and big cock men. However mating with a small cock man really should be done with artificial insemination for obvious reasons. Castrating, the 3 to 5 iners males and only keeping the pure
tiny cocks for sperm donors is a detail to consider too.

I think selective breeding on the part of women would, over time, eliminate small dicked men if, and only if, they collectively en masse decide not to procreate with any guys with cocks less than six inches. That might also help curtail the population increases too!
We could also castrate men who don't have six inches or more, but that would be rather drastic.
Maybe the geneticists can find the gene responsible for creating big cocks. Then inject every unborn male fetus with it thereby giving every male child the chance to be well endowed. Great idea or what?

No!!! Women should never allow boys with little penises into their vaginae; vaginae are things reserved for men with real cocks. Men with big cocks should impregnate many women to keep their superior genes going to the next generation; boys with little cocks exist solely to serve these superior men and women. On the other hand, it may be a good thing for a small percentage of smalldicks to have sons with little cocks who can serve the next generation's real men and continue to show the difference between boys and men, only if the insemination is done with a method other than intercourse, and only if these boys are made aware of their place at young ages so they do not bother girls. I personally would not pass on my own genes; I'd rather a real man make use of the woman with his superior genes.
