Hazing is a term used to describe
various ritual and other activities involving harassment, abuse or
humiliation used as a way of initiating a person into a group. |

Hazing is seen in many different
types of groups, including in gangs, clubs, sports teams, military units,
and workplaces and fraternities. In the United States and Canada, hazing
is often associated with Greek-letter organizations (fraternities and
sororities). Hazing is often prohibited by law and may be either physical
(possibly violent) or mental (possibly degrading) practices. It may also
include nudity or sexually oriented activities. |

Hazing refers to any activity
expected of someone joining a group (or to maintain full status in a
group) that humiliates, degrades or risks emotional and/or physical harm,
regardless of the person's willingness to participate. In years past,
hazing practices were typically considered harmless pranks or comical
antics associated with young men in college fraternities. |

Hazing extends far beyond college
fraternities and is experienced by boys/men and girls/women in school
groups, university organizations, athletic teams, the military, and other
social and professional organizations. |

Hazing today is becoming popular in
training and showing smalldicks their place. With a growing knowledge
about the importance of penis size, boys and girls no longer hesitate to
show the smalldicks their place. Girls, instead of only ignoring them or
feeling unsure how to behave when meeting them, whether to accept them,
feel sorry for them or reject them at dates, they now haze them. Boys,
knowing how much more masculine they are, no longer let the smalldicks try
to act like men. |

Hazing is a powerful way for boys
and girls to make smalldicks humiliated and aware of their lack of manhood.
Smalldicks today are lucky, having the chance to learn at a young age, how
people really regard them. They can learn about submission, obedience,
admiration and worship of superior girls and boys instead of living for
years in the illusion and hope of becoming real men one day. Forced to
perform humiliating oral sex, foot and shoe worship and obedience tasks,
they will know how to have a happy life living as faggots and slaves
instead of living a lonely life. |

Practicing hazing should be done
carefully. It should not include tasks or treatment risking the health. It
is also important to remember that the reasons for the hazing is to teach
smalldicks to obey and be humiliated, not to make them feel depressed.

thankful for being helped to find the place where they belong. |
