A government survey in a country has been used much to state that men from this country have the smallest penises of all men in the world although that survey (or a similar with the same questions) has not been made in other countries.

In what way would it matter, if some race would have the biggest or smallest average penises, what use would it be to know that men in country X have an average size of 1” more or less than men in other countries?

The problem with this race thing is that races are not clearly defined. How many different races are there? 2? 3? 10? 20? Certainly not all white people are the same, not all Asians are the same, not all black people are the same. Is an African bush pygmy the same 'race' as an Ethiopian the same as a Kalahari bushman?
